Ten On The Box
Catch some more Dwarf on Dave this weekend.
9 January, 2015
We're still waiting to see if that lovely run of "all day Red Dwarf marathons" that Dave began (but didn't finish) last year will continue at some point; but in the meantime, our favourite digital channel does have a healthy weekend dose of Dwarf for you on the way.
It's a fresh repeat run of Series X - well, of half of it, anyway - as episodes four to six are being shown in a row from 8pm until 10pm on Sunday 11th January. That's Entangled, Dear Dave and The Beginning, in case you didn't know. And if you miss them in their evening timeslot, they're on again from 11.20pm!
And yes, you may note that the first half of the series is missing - well, it's not missing as such, it just got shown last weekend. But! This also means that the episodes have been given an extension to their life on the Dave on Demand catch-up service. You may recall our drawing your attention to the fact that they were on there throughout December, but got removed at the end of the year. However, being shown on Dave again means that they also each became available for a further week - so if you get in there quickly, you can watch the episodes immediately, online, for free, before the next repeat run starts!
(And in case you hadn't figured it out: yes, this means the second half of the series will be available on demand immediately after their Sunday airing. Ahh, come on, you were ahead of us already, weren't you?)
Don't forget that you can keep up with showings of Red Dwarf over in our Watch section. As well as links to all the various available On Demand providers, we've got an automatically updated TV listings page that cleverly digs through the schedules for us so that we don't have to. And not only does it do it for UK showings, but we've got an entire page dedicated to PBS schedules in the USA, too! So if you're in Wichita or Dallas and you want to see Balance of Power on Monday, well, it's your week too...
