Funk And Soul Classics
Craig's new compilation is out now.
25 September, 2015
You may have noticed that Craig Charles fellow doing the rounds on the publicity circuit over the last week or so - a breakfast TV appearance here, a newspaper interview there - and while he's been talking predominantly about his imminent departure from Coronation Street and the upcoming eleventh and twelfth series of some sci-fi sitcom or other, he's also had something else to plug.
That something is Craig Charles Funk and Soul Classics, a newly-released three disc boxset (or sixty-track digital release, if you're all modern and stuff) containing some of the best examples of the kind of thing he's been spinning on his all-conquering 6music radio show for the last decade-and-a-half.
