BTL Online Revamps
The official Red Dwarf Fan Club website takes on a new look.
4 May, 2001
With the ever-increasing internet presence of the galaxy's top SF comedy, it's not surprising that the official fan club has been keen to include surfers in its rapidly-growing family.
BTL Online is an internet version of the club's magazine, available online its to members. Having joined the club, you can register to use BTL Online with your membership number - opening up the newly-revamped fan club universe to your browser.
There's a message board and chatroom - with regularly hosted Smeg Chat - plus TV listings, email postcards, quizzes and the opportunity to have a Jupiter Mining email address of your very own. Best of all, you can read the full-length transcripts of BTL's coolest interviews - including a look at Chris Veale's exclusive CGI Blue Midget 'movie director' image.
The fan club will shortly be announcing full details of Dimension Jump IX - the ninth Red Dwarf weekend, and the second to be organised by the current club team (plus new chairperson Jane) following the massive success of DJ2K.
To join the club and make use of BTL Online - as well as getting the latest DJ updates in the quarterly BTL magazine - click on the official site on out Links section.
