Dave Episodes' DVD Date Revealed

Super-fast release for the new Red Dwarf specials.

Red Dwarf: Back to Earth - now confirmed as a three-part special - is going to be a hotly anticipated release on DVD. Small wonder, then, that 2entertain and Grant Naylor Productions are moving heaven and earth to bring it to shelves in record time.

The date for your diaries is June 15th.

Yes, seriously. Just a couple of months after broadcast. Why not immediately? Well, because Red Dwarf DVDs have a tradition of being, y'know, good. Packed with in-depth bonus material guaranteed to inform and entertain. And while Back to Earth is breaking with a few traditions - new channel, high-definition picture, no laugh track - this is one we're determined to stick to.

No details yet on what, exactly, we'll be putting on the shiny disc - but you know it's going to be worth the wait.
