The best news for fans of Stoke Me a Kipper's former queen, Sarah Alexander, is that the brand new series of Coupling has begun on BBC2 on Monday nights, 9pm. The seven-part third series of Steven Moffat's sit-com continued from where the last left off with the episode 'Split' - where the entire 30-minute show played out two lines of action simultaneously with a split-screen.
(Coincidentally, Moffat was the writer of Joking Apart, which ran for two series and starred Red Dwarf's Todhunter himself, Cold Feet's Robert Bathurst.)
Meanwhile, original Kochanski C.P. Grogan appeared on comedy quiz Never Mind the Buzzcocks for the start of their new series. Clare is about to reunite with her former band Altered Images for something of an 80's revival. Happy Birthday! (As the song goes.)
If all this weren't enough, Craig Charles is still on BBC2 every Friday with Robot Wars, and Robert Llewellyn is grinding gears and crunching cogs in the latest series of Scrapheap Challenge.
