Australia's Red Dwarf mouse mat hits ABC stores.

Australia's Inck Merchandising have produced a mouse mat featuring the Red Dwarf ship. The oval-shaped mat is the first of its kind in Oz, and is available through ABC Shops and Centres - there are 36 shops and 81 centres in Australia - as well as via ABC Online, which can be accessed from the Links section .

Niki Floros-Privett of ABC Licensing and Events, told redddwarf.co.uk that "from here on out there will be a stronger focus on bringing more Red Dwarf products to the market. Australian Licensees are embracing the opportunities that will be available to them over the next two years. Following the mouse mat and the ever popular t-shirts and caps, Australian fans will be able to also purchase the 2003 Red Dwarf Calendar out in October as well as the new Smeg T-shirt available in August."

UK fans can obtain a similar, rectangular Red Dwarf mouse mat - as well as the amazingly cool Gravity Pens - from The Stamp Centre and the Sci-Fi Collector website. (Difficulty with the existing link has now been corrected for those who had been having trouble!)
