Red Dwarf XI up for TV Choice award!

We know there's little that Red Dwarf fandom loves more than rallying around the cause and showing the world just how much you love the show - so we're sure you'll be happy to join us in boosting the chances of Red Dwarf XI in a hotly-contested Best Comedy category at the 2017 TV Choice Awards!

The TV Choice Awards are put on by the magazine of the same name, and are one of the largest public-vote television awards in the country. The awards event itself, which will be hosted by Pointless' Richard Osman, takes place later in the year - but you can vote for your favourite TV shows of the year - which, of course, we expect includes Red Dwarf - right now!

Simply head on over to the site to do so - there are lots of categories up for voting, but it's up to you whether you want to vote in any of the others or simply cast your vote for Red Dwarf. And as we've said, it's a hotly-contested category - the likes of Fleabag, Peter Kay's Car Share, The Trip and Still Open All Hours are also in there, alongside major US names like The Simpsons and The Big Bang Theory - not to mention fellow Dave originals Modern Life is Goodish and fellow Baby Cow co-production Zapped. So every vote will count! Please note that you have to go right to the very end to confirm and submit your vote - don't just choose Red Dwarf on its page and then close the window!

It would be great to celebrate the launch of Series XII with Series XI standing as an award winner - so get voting, and tell your friends, too!
