Vote Dwarf!

RDX up for SFX awards.

We're a little behind the curve on this one, but there's just time to tell you that voting is open in SFX magazine's annual awards poll - and you can vote for Red Dwarf X in the Best TV Show category!

Red Dwarf has a long and friendly relationship with the venerable sci-fi magazine, with a special tie-in cover being produced for use onscreen in Back to Earth, while the mag was also among the loudest cheerleaders of Series X with highly positive weekly reviews of each episode. It would only be fitting, therefore, if this was followed up by a good showing for the series in the upcoming awards ceremony.

(Well, not ceremony. They don't invite us all to a swanky ball or anything. But they do make a nice fuss out of everyone in the pages of the magazine.)

Anyone can vote in the awards, and as well as selecting from pre-suggested nominations (of which Red Dwarf is already one). There are thirteen categories in all, but each is its own poll - so you can just vote in the TV Show poll (which is on page 3) if you like. Although if you wanted to sling in a vote for your favourite individual slice of RDX in Best TV Episode, or if Craig Charles' brilliant two-hander performance in Fathers and Suns moves you to nominate him for Best Actor, that wouldn't go amiss either...

Hurry, though, as voting closes on Tuesday 28th May...!
