Dwarf in the USA

Series X hits Region 1.

It's been a longer wait to endure than Dwarfers in the UK and Australia had to, but at last, fans in North America can now get their Series X fix on Blu-ray and DVD - as the long-awaited Region 1 release hit stores in the USA and Canada on 8th January.

Featuring all six episodes of the smash hit tenth series - which has still yet to be broadcast on American telly - the DVD and Blu-ray sets also feature the same smegging fantastic extras as their Region 2 counterparts. As an added bonus they probably have one of those flashy FBI anti-piracy warnings at the start, too.

But that's not all! Stateside Dwarf fans eager for a digital fix will now be pleased to learn that not only has Series X finally been added to the roster of series available in the US iTunes store, but Series I-VIII and Back to Earth have at last reappeared on Netflix US!

This means that finally, 61 episodes of Red Dwarf are available in America both physically and digitally. And yes, that is the first time it's happened, no matter what The Big Bang Theory might have told you...
