MGEITF is one of those acronyms you can't help but try to pronounce... and then can't help sounding like a GELF with a head cold. It's the Media Guardian Edinburgh International Television Festival - and once again Dwarf channel Dave is on the shortlist for Digital Channel of the Year.

The first round is a public vote, and... well, you know what we're asking, right? This is the channel who put brand-new Red Dwarf back on screens after a decade away. The channel who have broadcast, in total, more Red Dwarf repeats than any other station. The channel who have commissioned Series X for 2012.
