Setting Your Sites
reddwarf.co.uk becomes adjustable - and other nifty updates!
28 March, 2008
Following our recent revampreddwarf.co.uk has slowly been updating and adding content to make your browsing experience ever more pleasurable.
The latest addition is the website preferences section, which you'll find forever located at the bottom of the site. From here you can change which banner artwork is displayed at the top of your screen as well as adjusting which font you look at, and at what size. (We don't recommend Webdings at the largest size, but hey, whatever makes you happy.)
In addition, you'll have noticed that the Space Corps Database - our collection of not-entirely-serious information on the characters, vessels and mutants from the show - is popping up on the home page, and elsewhere, offering you a random selection from the archive. Should you ever want to know more about intimidating inmate Big Meat, here's the place to go.
Then there's that simplest of additions, the search box. Perched happily in the top-right corner, the quest to find details on anything covered by reddwarf.co.uk should now be even easier. (Plus there are some tips to searching in our Help section.)
Finally the Forum has been given a gentle graphical tweak to blend it better with the main site. The 'My Profile' option - where you adjust your identity, signature and so on - has been added to the forum's main menu, thus halving the number of queries we should be receiving by email.
The website will continue to evolve as time goes on, with the old site content now almost all transferred - the Games section is once again packed with quizzes! - and we hope you'll enjoy clicking around... and letting us know what you think on the forum.
