Massive Engines - coming to DVD.

Eureka are a funny lot. First it was The Brittas Empire, then Maid Marian and her Merry Men. Now they're releasing Chris Barrie's Massive Engines.

So - Red Dwarf fans, much?

Ah, and why not? Back in the day an archive appearance by one of our cast was greeted with much frantic searching and duplicating of off-air VHSs. It got to the point where you couldn't be sure - through six generations of duplication fuzz - if that was Craig Charles or maybe just Roland Gift. Those days are now behind us.

So, the petrol-headed Mr Barrie now has his investigations into gigantic combustion stored forever on shiny disc. It's a double-vanilla-disc set featuring all ten episodes of the series. (Learn more from our original report here.) Release date: September 25th.
