Nope, not a World Cup result. It's another DVD release!

Out now in Poland is Red Dwarf Series I. It's another vanilla remastered release, once again accompanied by a unique animated menus - these have rotating, spinning backgrounds, changing pictures and the odd explosion to keep things lively! The Cover art, meanwhile, follows a BBC comedy template also used for shows like Ab Fab, Little Britain and The Office.

The Polish dub might surprise a few people outside that country. Polish TV typically does not replace character's voices with new actors, rather there is one single voice providing constant translation over the sound of the original track. We'd find it funny if they used Joe Pasquale.
