Cast Signings
The Boys from the Dwarf are out and about - we have names, we have places, we have dates.
13 January, 2006 (Updated 20 January, 2006)
Ah, that wonderful nervous feeling as you reach the front of the queue. The star of your choice looks at you and asks whom to sign the autograph to. And you suddenly realise you've completely forgotten the brilliant and insightful question you'd been saving up all this time. You can't remember it, and they're sitting right there. What else is there to do but ask 'So what was Mr Flibble like to work with?'
Rumour has it that, after the success of the previous Memorabilia(click the link, go on - it has those cool Dwarf radio ads available to download!) the Red Dwarf cast will be returning to the NEC Birmingham on the 25th and 26th of March, 2006 for a second Memorabilia event. No firm details as yet - more news as it drops into our inbox.
Elsewhere, if you were to wander into the G-Mex Central Hall, Manchester on the 11th and 12th of February, you might just notice Collectormania going on. Danny John-Jules and Robert Llewellyn will be there. Why not ask Danny if he did any research to play the part of the Cat?
Tenth Planet, meanwhile, have organised a Comedy Classics convention. Early days for them yet, but they're boasting a possible "Red Dwarf cast reunion" (it's what all the cool conventions are doing these days) as part of their event over April 21 to April 23 at the Moat House Hotel, Stoke-On-Trent. Confirmed so far are Chloë Annett and Robert Llewellyn. So why not ask Robert how long it takes to put his Kryten mask on?
UPDATE: Tenth Planet have announced the postponement of the Comedy classics event. Any tickets pre-sold will be refunded. They hope to reschedule for a date to be announced. You can read their statement and find an email link to contact on their site (Links).
