Synopsis
Who knows what evil lurks within the hearts of men? The Red Dwarf crew find out when they encounter their dark sides - four evil "doppelgangers" hell bent on their destruction.

The dramatic title for this episode replaced its original working title, High & Low.
Due to the original Red Dwarf model having been destroyed in an infamous falling-off-a-shelf accident, a new version (around 60% of the size of the original) needed to be built... purely so that it could be blown up for this episode! But the crew took the opportunity to film a range of new fly-by shots before doing the deed in spectacular fashion.
Initially the first episode to be shot in the Series V production block, the complex nature of the episode meant that extensive reshoots were necessary at the end of the run, after original director Juliet May had departed the series.
