Dave's Rep-Eights

Series VIII completes the repeat showings.

So in our latest game of "guess the advance schedules on Dave" we turned out to be bang on the money: and the repeat run of episodes that the channel started with Series III at the beginning of this year is indeed going to conclude on the first Saturday of March with a full showing of Series VIII.

It's particularly apt timing as it represents another chance to see the late, great Geraldine McEwan in her standout guest performance in the episode Cassandra - alongside seven other largely prison-based episodes that also saw the return of the original Red Dwarf crew, and which ended on a cliffhanger that took over a decade to get any kind of explanation...

Here's the full schedule, alongside a reminder of the screening of Series VII this coming weekend.

Both blocks also get a second showing at midnight on their respective nights - but due to fitting into a shorter slot, that means there's no room for the first episodes in each case. And yes, this does mean that the later Series VIII run starts with part two of a three part story. Look, don't ask us...
