There are those who get all cynical about Valentine's Day, saying that it's a false manufactured holiday that only exists to line the pockets of greeting card companies and florists at the expense of loved-up saps. That all might very well be true, but we still quite like it anyway, and not just because it's a time traditionally associated with the airing of new Red Dwarf episodes.

So in honour of the show's association with mid-February, we've put together a special set of Official Red Dwarf Valentine's E-Cards, for you to send out to your loved ones. Or even just your liked ones. Or if you like, send them to your enemies, too. Maybe it could be the start of something beautiful.

You can take your pick from six cards featuring Lister, Rimmer, Cat, Kryten, Kochanski and Camille below:

To send one of the cards, click on the image of your choice, then on the larger version that pops up, right-click and choose "Save Image" to save a copy locally on your computer that you can then attach to an email. Alternatively, if you choose "Copy Image", you can then paste the e-card directly into the body of an email from your clipboard. They're also great for sharing on the new-fangled social media that all you youngsters seem to be using these days.
